"Came many times to Cancun but stayed at other hotels. Guarantee to say that Hyatt Ziva is the best resort for family in Hotel Zone. Nice and friendly staffs, always smile greeting with guests. All the restaurants offer great options and tasty food, also each restaurant has their own special drink menu. Beach is right in front and back of the hotel. No big waves there, so can see some fishes swim around. "
