"This all inclusive hotel exceeded my expectations- the food and restaurant offerings were great and everything we ordered was delicious. The property was spotless and even though the red seaweed was washing up at the beach the staff worked all day to keep it cleaned up so we could enjoy the ocean. The only negative I would say is there were not enough lounge chairs at the pools- people threw towels down before 8 am and there was nowhere to sit. It seems like there is enough space to add more...

Well let me just say - because of Expedia, every night there was a thank you from Expedia with a note. And we always had something special for us at the table. "Husband and I traveled with another couple, both staying on the Club side. We had the swim out jr suite, friends had jr suite. It was a wonderful trip! Rooms were the most spacious of any resort we have visited, air conditioning worked well, and the convenience of the swim out room was the icing on the cake. Every single employee we encountered was wonderful! Our Butler Alejandro helped us make reservations together for teppanyaki, and French was easy enough to reserve ourselves on the app....

"We absolutely loved the stay. This was my second time to Hilton Cancun and every time has been phenomenal. The staff is exceptionally warm and very accommodating. From the bellman Noe who made us feel like celebrities to the concierge Cecilia who made us feel like the only guests and even accommodated us with an early available room.
