"The studio accommodation was very small and good for 1 person. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the stairs were very narrow, so be mindful when taking luggage. "Everything from the greeting to the room was fabulous. We arrived at 7:45am. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were told about all the benefits to staying at the hotel. I am still shocked at how easy it is to book at princess meet and greet! The beds are so comfy, waterfall shower…amazing and the hidden details in the decoration are truly special. The little bedtime tea and story is a sweet touch. "The photogtaphs for this hotel are very misleading. The room we were in was dingy, a little broken down (the WC smelled like sewer gas and urine and had a flickering light reminding me of a horror movie), the shower was mildewy and was stocked only with hand soap instead of shampoo/body wash. The location is very convenient to several metro stations and shopping at Galleries Lafayette and Printemps.
