"Staff was very helpful. We had trouble locking our balcony door and the front desk came up to assist. We stayed in the Pearl room. We didn't realize our balcony was a shared balcony with another room and the common space shared amongst the suites. There were no issues, but would have been nice to know before hand. Overall the room was very clean, very nice, and we enjoyed our stay for 1 night."

"We enjoyed our stay! All of the staff were very welcoming which was extremly helpful since this was our first trip and first stop in Iceland. "2026年9月16日にチェックインをしてすぐに冷蔵庫へ飲み物を入れるようと開けたら、前宿泊者の物と思われるコンビニに買った？トルティーヤが入ったままでした。 因みにBest before 13 Sep2026でした。ゴミ箱にそのまま捨ててしまうか迷いましたが、移動で疲れたこともあり、翌朝にレセプション スタッフにその旨を話してトルティーヤを渡したところ、「こちらで捨ててってこと？」と言われこちらの顔を見ながら分かりづらいゴミ箱捨てのところに捨ててくださったのですが、「何故部屋のゴミ箱に捨てないんだ…」と思っている感じでした。 冷蔵庫の確認がされていないと思うので、今後そのようなことがないようにハウスキーパーにいちいち伝えることはしないのだとその時思いました。宿泊客の立場を考えることをしないスタッフがいるのは残念でプロではないと思います。"
