"Iceland was experiencing a summer wind storm so we spent a portion of our evening at the hotel. The location is close to restaurants if you want something different. The bar at the hotel was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to find and has parking. Overall a great stay."

"An enjoyable stay in a hotel set in a building built in 1898. The staff was excellent and helped us get checked in early (for a small fee). The complementary breakfast was very good. The hotel is located just a couple blocks from the shopping district and we found we could walk just about anywhere."
