"Nice hotel fronting hugh lake, snow mountain. 24/7 reception. The front desk reception is helpful and friendly. Bus station is just behind the hotel. One of hotel stop pickup for daily bus tour which is so convenient. Very highspeed wifi. Occasionally heard some light reno construction noise. At night, is quiet and windy. Just feel safe. "

"The hotel is just a few minutes from the cruise port. It is located on one of the main streets within walking distance of many attractions and lots of shopping. There is even a Starbucks on property. However the room offers great coffee and tea choices as well as a fridge. I have to say the breakfast buffet is the best I've been to in a hotel. It's not your usual carb overload. There are lots of local foods including homemade juice shots. Oatmeal, fruit and yogurt, eggs, sausage,...

"Fantastic breakfast. Lovely clean and quiet rooms with good facilities. Easy transport links by bus around Reykjavík, right outside the hotel. Ample free parking for your hire car (the best way to see Iceland is to hire a car and explore the sights). Fabulous friendly and helpful staff. "
