"We were in Tampa to visit family. The hotel was in a good location for our needs. They also gave a free shuttle that will take you within 2 miles. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean but a little dated. Did not use the amenities we were only here to visit family. "

"I was very fearful up upon reading the reviews for this hotel. Me and my friend shared it two bedroom for the night and the beds were quite cozy. It was cleaner than expected, and there were no bugs like previous reviews have stated. Hotel staff was very friendly and there was a great amount of choices for breakfast. If you’re looking for some extravagant ultra clean stay, this is not your place. but if you want something cheap that’ll work for a night or two this will work wonders on a budget"

"I loved the view from the balcony and the living room. I loved the kitchen. Bedroom was beautiful but didn't enjoy it being directly by the hallway. I enjoyed BigBamboo Bayside, their food is amazing. The staff is great. The atmosphere of the restaurant and pool deck was beautiful. On the other side of property, i enjoyed lounging in the tropical tiki themed sand "beach" around the bonfire enjoying the view of the bay and surroundings as well as the beautiful sunsets. "The hotel was not right across from the airport. The elevator was broke so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs."

"Room floors was dirty had somebody else hair on the floor beside the bed. rooms are small the bed was clean and bathroom was clean. Disappointed you pay all that money for a room. Just for the staff to give you different times to swim we was very confused when to swim and when not too."

"2nd stay at this location. Super clean, friendly staff, beds blankets and pillows are so comfy! I will be back again. This is my go to when attending MidFlorida credit union concerts. They are very accommodating with check ins."

"I'm sure it would be fine after renovating but now. the first floor is a concrete zone. sent a email about no pool, food or fitness ont the way to the hotel, dust, room was in a bad conditon. microwave breakfast sandwich for 12 dollars. staff did what they could but. bottom 3 worst hotels ever.and the other two had bullet proof glass in the lobby."
