Expedia this is the letter that I had to write to management concerning my stay.
Dear Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property from April 10 through April 13.
While the check-in process was smooth and initially welcoming, the overall condition of the unit fell far below expectations and made for a very uncomfortable experience.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the blinds at the front of the tiny home were damaged and would not close properly, compromising privacy. I had to improvise a way to cover the window to prevent visibility from outside. Additionally, the refrigerator was not clean upon arrival.
Later that same day, I encountered a small roach in the toilet, which I flushed. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. There was also a dead roach on the wall and another live roach crawling inside the home, which disappeared into the wall before it could be removed. These conditions made me extremely uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay. I found myself constantly closing my suitcase and personal belongings out of concern that I might unknowingly bring pests home with me.
Cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were visibly dirty, and I unfortunately stepped on a small piece of glass in one of the bedrooms, which I had to remove from my foot. This prompted me to sweep and attempt to clean the floors myself using Clorox wipes, as it appeared they had not been properly mopped prior
