"La habitación que teniamos era una suite con acceso al Spa, la cual era muy amplia, comoda y tranquila. La unica observacion: el Aire Acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente (no enfriaba bien) y tenia un pequeño ruido. La iluminacion para llegar al Spa considero que podrian mejorarla ya que por la noche, no tiene suficiente ilumiacion y eso puede arreglarse facilmente colocando luz indirecta (led) debajo del caminamiento. "

"The pictures show a jacuzzi and you will not receive a room with jacuzzi unless you bolo the suite. But in the app the standard suite shows the jacuzzi"

"The room was clean, however it smelled like mold inside and bathroom shower ceiling had some visible mold. The Caracoles restaurant staff were pretty slow when bringing in drinks when asked, even after multiple times, I’m not sure if there was lack of communication. I also find that although not everyone can be as respectful, past 12am, other guests were still blasting music and being loud because I don’t think there are “quite hours”."

"El lugar es bello, la Atención de las personas es muy amable, los alimentos son buenos, en el restaurante Maria destaca por su amabilidad y las personas que te sirven los alimentos en el bufet, hacen las pupusas también, en general, estuvimos muy contentos"

"A menos de 10 minutos caminando de puntos turísticos en Antigua. La puerta del baño rechina mucho para entrar o salir, la coladera de la regadera es insuficiente y se encharca el agua. Si te la pasas conociendo de un lugar a otro realmente es buena opción para descansar, nos hubiera gustado que al no consumir el desayuno nos dieran un lonche para el camino"
