"Nice place"

"Safe and clean"

"Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment."

"Nobody speaks English in the hotel. The music was too noisy every evening."

"This is our fourth time staying at Maya Jade, we love it. It’s private and quiet. The pools are great. We will stay here again. We live in Alaska and we will fly to Guatemala just to stay here."

"Very quiet and nice place in the rain forest, restourant on the spot and great nature environment; plenty parking."

"Hotel with no security at nights, no night lights around the hotel, broken door lock , pool not well maintained hotel dificult to locate at first time, pool seats rusted, overall not satisfied for the price I pay."

"Everything was great staff in attendance was amazing"

"Amazing place, the pool was nice."

Note: the room was reserved and payed a year in advance and the confirmation had been sent to...

"This property was set on a beautiful black sand beach the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped with any concerns I would highly recommend this resort"

"1.The property is not like in the pictures. 2. The rooms are old and small. 3.he bathroom is really small, I barely can get in through the door 4 there's no implements go go to the beach, not even chairs. 5. The A/C do not work all night, it was a nightmare. It was an awful experience. "
