"Property is beautiful, staff is excellent, the only problem is, is secluded and traffic is horrible to get back to Guatemala City. Goggle map send us through a dirt road full of pot holes full of water the size of a pool, with no one around to help.. My only observation for the improvement of this resort is, for them to advice guest of this different roads."

"La estadía estuvo bien en general, la pasamos muy alegre. Mis hijos la pasaron súper felices en la piscina que estaba enfrente y el masaje muy recomendado. Los puntos a mejora es que la piscina estaba con insectos y no vimos alguien limpiando, no había agua caliente en las duchas de arriba y el mar no está muy cerca si dan una opción para ir a un restaurante en carro pero ora ir con niños pequeños no es muy cómodo"

"1.The property is not like in the pictures. 2. The rooms are old and small. 3.he bathroom is really small, I barely can get in through the door 4 there's no implements go go to the beach, not even chairs. 5. The A/C do not work all night, it was a nightmare. It was an awful experience. "

"Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia.
