"What an amazing hotel. It looks extraordinary from the lake, and the views from the hotel are incredible. We booked a suite with en suite and private balcony. It’s right at the top so many many many steps, but it was worth it. You need to fit and able to climb stairs to stay here, regardless of which room you have. "We booked a basic room in Pana just for one night as we had an early pick up for a long bus ride. We stayed elsewhere on the lake and glad we did. Pana is a touristy tacky large town. It the aregis is well located, is quiet and we had a lovely hot tub with hot spring fed water. Service was fine but we didn’t eat there so experience limited. There is a great coffee shop directly opposite. Try the hot chocolate and banana and Nutella crepe. It’s amazing. I would recommend but ask for a room...

"We didn’t have electricity or wifi or hot water for the first half of the trip. It came back after that but was definitely an inconvenience. Restaurant was very good - we ate there many meals because it was convenient and good. The sauna was also a cool experience. A little farther from the lake than some other area places. "

"I loved everything about this property.The room was very spacious and comfortable. I lived the room had a sofa to sit outaide and enjoy the views. We staid on the firat floor in front of the pool, very convenient as the restaurant was right next to the pool.We liked that breakfast was included but didnt start till 8 AM, we are used to waking up early around 6 to get the day started and be able to do more, but it was fine overall."
