"Beautiful property in a great location. Food had no flavor at all, and was very bland. Bring enoigh cash as they dont take card. If youre canadian, you have even less payment options. I tried exchanging usd to Guatemala currency, but they dont accept anything less than $20 bills. "

"Unfortunately, when I checked into this hotel, I was supposed to have a suite with two double beds. They gave me a king bed and a pullout couch and attempted to bring in an extra mattress and lay it in the middle of the living room floor. My girlfriend used the pullout couch, which had a huge bloody stain on it. I walked around the room for five minutes and a brand new pair of white socks turned black the water pressure if you use the water downstairs the water upstairs would cut off half of the...

"Nice hotel, however there is a rooftop nightclub across the street which kept us up until it closed at 1am. There are no true windows or doors to the place so sound travelled in. Also it got incredibly hot in the room and we weren’t able to open the windows because it opened to the hallway, or it led to the noise. However it is very very central, the restaurant is fantastic, and it is quite beautiful."

"This hotel is nestled in one of the safest neighborhoods in Guatemala city, being maybe some 3 kilometers from the ore commercial and touristic areas of it. It is still close to some excellent restaurants, high end shopping malls and very close to the airport. Rooms are large, clean and bright. I’d stay here again and again(which i have). Very recommended if your goal is staying in a quiet, yet accessible place."

"Beautiful and high end. Lovely hotel, beautiful facilities, attentive staff. It is a larger hotel so it was not very quiet and it’s on a busy street, but walking distance to many places."

"Best service and incredible views. The B&B messaged us a few days before we arrived via WhatsApp and that was the method of communication throughout our stay. The restaurants Syrian food was amazing. I had the lentil soup. I was feeling under the weather and our host gave us some electrolytes. Again - wonderful service. Overall I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone. "
