"Good breakfasts, specially the soup"

"The Front Desk/Reception staff members are friendly, helpful and responsive to the needs of the guests. The food was okay in the cafes. However, the Italian restaurant food made me sick with diarrhea; I had the penne pasta with ground meat/Bolognese sauce and got sick afterwards. The room was clean. The toilet water pressure remained low even though the staff adjusted it."

"Gorgeous scenery, generous ocean view from balcony. Air conditioning sub par and fans did not work. Restaurant was excellent but more expensive than outside. Breakfast was decent. Drive up to hotel was very steep! Overall, the hotel itself was great, I think that we went in not peak season so maintenance overall was not on point. It gets incredibly humid so fans that worked would have been great. The gift store had amazing air conditioning but overpriced things. Tours from hotel also...

"Room was very close to the gym, office and common area. Great view and nice gym. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Refrigerator in our room never got cold even after having a technician take a look at it. Also there was an ATM machine on the property that did not function."

"This hotel is peaceful and perfect for a couples vacation. The housekeeping wasn’t really cleaning for example our sheets became dirty instead of them changing the sheets they made the bed up with the exact sheet on opposite side, they left the garbage and the cups of alcohol that were left on the mini fridge. Other than that the property is amazing food is amazing bartenders will have those drinks coming. It wasn’t to crowded as it is a small all inclusive resort. I will definitely be staying...

"The pool was the only thing as advertised! Buffet was horrible I would not feed to anyone made me sick and was awake all night! They advertise the have restaurants which is true however they are not operational and act like they have no space while the truth is it’s not real I went and checked for myself. The restaurants if they do exist are not all inclusive unless you stay 3 night and in that three nights one reservation"

"The Coast is a special property! The front desk staff are friendly, professional and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and even have a dehumidifier, beds and linens are very comfortable, the breakfasts are an added bonus and so good. The grounds are well maintained by a caring staff - everyone there works so hard! It was a wonderful stay and incredibly hard to leave."
