Check in was not pleasant, happy we arrive d early they had assigned us a room 118 which was at the end of the resort looked like closet, would not have anyone stay there, I think we had paid a good some of money to stay at this hotel!
We asked for a better room they said they would look into it and we should check with them later. We left came back later they had another room for us.
Just to let you know how insulted and humiliating this was , coming for a vacation from Canada ending in a closet space.
We had to go twice to visit the room, an ignorant front desk agent could not help or express our situation.
Actually I am reguested a full refund from however , Expedia or hotel.
Totally frustrated and humiliated.
Especially for the price we paid.
