"The hotel is terrible, very dirty, just imagine stains all over the sheets, a sticky TV remote controls. The floors are dirty you can't even walk with bare feet. And it smells so bad."

The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...
