"Even though the main down stairs wasn’t open due to reverb we had a lovely time of the terrace bar. Rooms were amazing and so beautifully accommodating for dogs. "Staff are superb, very helpful and friendly particularly J@ck on the front desk. Location is perfect for central Cheltenham with excellent parking. Rooms are really smart, very comfortable beds with excellent linens. The only small minus is shower water pressure is low, but the bathrooms themselves are very smart and well presented. My go to place in Cheltenham and can sometimes be had at really excellent room rates that make it an obvious first choice."
