"The hotel reception area was clean & tidy. Check i in was quick & easy and staff member was pleasant & helpful. The room was well presented with ample space . Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The swimming pool was nice with a jacussi, sauna & steam room. The area was clean & well kept. "

"A lovely welcoming and friendly hotel. Reception was excellent and the hotel set it beautiful grounds with abundant wildlife wandering around the onsite golf course. The spa facilities and gym were well up to date and not crowded on our visit. The breakfast was outstanding and we ate in the bar lounge in the evening with a more than adequate menu. All in all a very chilled and relaxing stay. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful, bed comfy, shower ok/not great, swimming pool great, wifi good. Restaurant/food decent, breakfast OK/average. As others have stated, paying for parking seems cheeky, it's not like it's in the city center. Overall satisfied with my stay"

"The location is beautiful and so is the hotel. The only thing that let it down was a bit of clumsyness: Cleaning of the room, dirty plates left in the room, no new toilet roll added, the room was 1st floor with stairs, we travelled with a young child and were unaware there was no lift before arrival. I would just expect better from a 5*"

"the property is okay, but it just so happened that there was a major road closure around 3 miles from the hotel. This gave us the run-around delays and un-updated car GPS taking us back to the same spot where the road was closed (for at least 1 year) . Thus, this road closure made our driving experience to the hotel, not a great one, to say the least."

"Tewkesbury Hotel has a great location with beautiful views, and there are a few nice trails nearby that you can access from the golf course. Breakfast was fantastic, but the main menu was a bit hit or miss. The bar was okay — good wine selection, including some great British wines, but it was a shame there weren’t any premium spirits. The room we ended up with was really nice, though we had some issues with the first one. Thankfully, the staff sorted it quickly and we were happy with how it was...
