"It was well situated and the pool was very nice . Close to wellknown street MALIOBORO. The service to get extra info to travel in Yogiakarta was excellent. All this for a good price. I would go back with no hesitation."

"A good location in Malioboro. Rooms were big plain white rooms - a bit of wall art would have made them more appealing. Bathroom was basic & the shower could have done with a door, but it was functional."

"Overall the hotel was very nice but we did have an issue with customer service.
We had booked a room that included breakfast for two. But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast.
We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time.
We chatted with hotels.com. They called the hotel and asked that breakfast be provided as it was included in the booking. The hotel...

"The first room was infested by ants but we got moved to another. Not that much better and quite dirty. The pool area and garden was quite nice and the best thing is the location right a few mins from Malioboro street. We had an incident where passport disappeared then was mysteriously put back after we threatened to phone the pokice"
