"This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The biggest compliment I can pay it is that it felt like home. The staff were all outstanding and helped with places to visit and getting around. The room was superb, huge bed and so comfortable and clean. Stunning hotel with real character. Loved every second of our stay."

"We felt so welcome to this amazing place the moment we walked in the door. David is an incredible host and artist. His lovely daughter, who often served breakfast, was a pleasure. She was kind, intuitive and efficient.
Daily 3 course breakfast in David’s art studio was a special treat.
We spent the week on the top floor. It had the most unbelievable view.

"What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The location could not be any more central, the staff are wonderful and the breakfasts are without the doubt the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. (Including the Waldorf Astoria and the Dorchester) We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Bruges."
