"The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement. The check-in and check-out process as well as the communication with the staff during the stay was very efficient, and very service minded."

"This property looks just like the pictures - modern and clean. It is located in the heart of the city - next to cafes, restaurants, stores and a short walk to the train. We used Vixx as a base while we traveled and explored Belgium. The city also had nice pubs and cafes that we really enjoyed!"

"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"The lobby & breakfast area were beautiful and the hotel was close to transit. We liked the room and the kitchenette, and the choice machine in the lobby made nice coffees. Close to a little grocery store & restaurants too. We weren't given any information about breakfast so had to ask later. It was quite noisy, and a fire alarm went off in the evening. We went down to the lobby where many had gathered but there was no information announced. After a few minutes we overheard that it was a false...

"The property is a student residence with some other guests. I stayed one night but had four fire alarms as they were trying to cook, I believe. The reception desk sent emails, and that made the check-in easy."

"Very spacious. Clean and well furnished. Large kitchen area and open plan lounge good sized bedrooms. Only down side no air conditioning. We had 34' centigrade for RockWerchter Saturday - we bought an electric fam and left it for future use. You are welcome! Thank you for a lovely stay. "This flat was perfect for a functional overnight stay. Instructions for access and checkout were easy to follow. The flat was large and clean, furniture, furnishing etc was basic but all ok. Book parking in advance. 10 minutes walk to the city centre. "

"I was working at BRU airport during my stay so the apartment suited my needs fine, may not suit vacation tourists as much. Communication with Ewa prior to my visit was excellent. Zaventem town has plenty of restaurants. The studio had everything I needed. I did have to reboot the wifi. Bus 272 and 282 to/from airport worked out well. Get off the bus at Zaventem train station.
