"Brilliant location. Spotless. Friendly reception staff, efficient check in/out. Very comfortable bed quiet room. Shower head broken, didn’t stay up! New style coffee machine, simple to use once shown but struggled initially. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you."

"Faciliteiten zoals zwembad en wellness zijn uitstekend. Uitzicht op het mooie station van Antwerpen. Ontbijt is prima, helaas geen mogelijkheid voor eieren of omelet cooked to order. Inchecken duurde erg lang (+- 30 min) door weinig personeel en lange procedure. "

"Second stay in this hotel; comfy modern rooms (USB C!) and easy access to ev charging and major transport routes on our journey brought us back. Last time the breakfast wasn’t brilliant, it was school holidays and very busy, so breakfast area was cramped and options were lean; this time, there was plenty of choice, and as midweek holiday makers we missed early business traffic, so there were no queues for the coffee machines etc. Maybe they could put more staff on to help keep the dining area...

"Lovely boutique hotel located in the center of Bruges. The management and staff were so helpful! The included breakfast was delicious. We stayed in a Deluxe Heritage Room which was located in the Annex. Wonderful large room! This is the best place to stay in Bruges!!!!"
