Cari Hotel di Belgium

"Amazing hotel"

"Excellent location, clean room, very helpful staff. Very glad we stayed here for our two nights in Brussels"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect. Our room was great. We were given an upgrade to one of the historical rooms The amenties were great. Loved the housecoat and slippers. Breakfast was excellent"

"Breakfast definitely worth paying before"

"We had a great stay at the Dukes Palace. Very well maintained property with polite staff!"

"Parking was easy, staff were really lovely on check in. Room was comfy and fit 2 adults and 2 children nicely. Breakfast was delightful- lots to choose from and the ability to make mimosas was too good to pass up on! As we left, the children asked when we’d be back!"

"This hotel was a wonderful location very close to main square. The rooms were well appointed and very clean."

"Worth for the amount you paid."

"Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre. Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Zauberhaftes Strandblick."

"Schönes Business Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und grossem Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes Personal. Die Matratzen sind allerdings teilweise etwas durchgelegen und die Bar ziemlich teuer."

"Could do with a small fridge"

"Personnel ontbijt"

"It’s a lovely property with a very helpful staff. However…. The heat was not on and I was cold."

"Really nice although our room smelt of smoke whilst it is a non smoking hotel. The location was very central with shops close by. Parking next door for €30 per 24 hours. Staff were lovely and helpful. Allowed us access to our rooms a little earlier and helped us with keeping luggage with them so we can venture out. Would recommend."

"No air conditioning !!! Traditional radiator heating. Not enough power outlets. No telephone in the room, I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone. Good restaurant. Closes at 10 pm. Last order for one course at 8:30 pm. Extra charge for room service : EUR 25 (approx. USD 30) No receipt ticket for luggage left in the hotel luggage storage room. Reception desk staff from OK to excellent, depending on the person on duty."
