"We stayed 2 separate times during our trip when we had flights leaving and arriving in Cairo. The shuttle to the airport was fast and easy. The shuttle pickup from the airport was also super easy. All of the staff ate very helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks english. Highly recommend the room that comes with the butler lounge (alchol and non alchol beverages, snacks, desserts, fruit). We loved having beers at the pool bar and the Oranjerie Restaurant food and service was excellent. The rooms and amenities are high quality. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Both nights we stayed were comfortable and relaxing. Would stay again."
