Every area, from the lobby to my room, was spotless and well-maintained. I also felt very safe throughout my time at the hotel. The environment was secure, and the staff took every measure to ensure the safety of all guests. It allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my vacation without any worries. The hotel's location is another highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions. It’s the perfect base for exploring the rich culture and history of Egypt while still enjoying the comforts of a high-end resort. "The staff here made this such a delightful place to stay, especially Mustafa who went above and beyond to help us. They always said this is your home. So friendly and welcoming. The view of the pyramids is exceptional and the sphinx and just a couple of mins walk to the entrance. "

"As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay. The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. Our drop off and in-room check-in were well-coreographed and well-executed. The thoughtful touches from housekeeping are always delightful too (e.g., bookmarks in my books, a Four Seasons-branded cloth for my glasses, etc.). The concierge was magnificent and endlessly helpful. We mentioned in passing that my traveling companion had some stomach issues (the kind you dread getting abroad), and the concierge had the pharmacy deliver medicine for my friend, and later called the room to offer complimentary chicken soup and chamomile tea. The next night, we dined at Byblos, and the staff there were standouts too. My companion was still dealing with stomach issues and couldn't finish his dinner, so the manager took the plate off our check and gave my friend a complimentary pot of chamomile tea (all without being asked). Everyone knew or quickly memorized our names and every member of the staff was all smiles at all times. It was the same standard of excellence all across the board. Overall another strong showing by the Four Seasons (most recently I spent a week at their property in Florence, if that's helpful context for my standard of comparison here). "Amazing staff, friendly and best hotel with pyramid views in the area. Best View pyramids hotel is a great choice for your visit. Booked deluxe King suite with pyramid view and Jacuzzi tub. Staff booked us with Nada as our tour guide, she is a 10 out of 10. Great English and very knowledgeable! Best time ever!!! Highly recommend"
