Great family trip (teenagers)

Really nice hotel, with great facilities. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good food and the speciality restaurants are great once you figure out the booking system. Easy access to beach and safe snorkelling in deeper water for families with lot of fish to see.

Hard to relax when you must watch your belongings at the pool closely! Our overall decent experience was overshadowed by theft at the pool and poor staff/security response. The snorkeling off the pier was the best part, food was plentiful but very mediocre and they ran out of items 30 mins into dinner and didn’t refill some. The staff were generally helpful and pleasant, but when my sunhat and cover up went missing at the pool, the response was frustratingly incompetent. After returning twice to Guest Services and then waiting over 20 minutes for Security, the response was that the guard wanted to help me search my room. My coverup and hat went missing from the pool & my family looked everywhere around the area because I didn’t want to walk back with nothing on! We knew the exact location and gave a short timeframe. I had to walk back to our room in just a bathing suit and Security’s response was wanting to search my room- which meant they didn’t believe me. The camera footage ultimately showed me arriving with my items at the exact time & then they said they couldn’t see anything else and that theft has never happened at the resort before, and yet, they had a theft report form to complete. So, somehow they had a form ready for theft that never occurs… why? Their response was that they would do nothing about it. For their prices, they could have offered to make this right somehow. I wasn’t being irresponsible by leaving my wrap poolside. Choose elsewhere for these prices!

Family trip

At the all-inclusive resort, the drinks aren't great, and most staff members don't speak or understand English well. Even when ordering room service, English options are limited, possibly due to the majority of tourists being from Russia and Italy. The food was okay, and cleanliness and service were satisfactory. I felt safe overall. The pool was excellent, and the beach was nice.

November 2022 - SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort

The hotel is very nice and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We used the hotel transfer from and to the airport, which was little more expensive but comfortable. The food is not excellent, but tasty and diverse. A lot of stairs if you need to go from one part to another, but there is also a bus in the hotel. We booked the all inclusive package, but the half board is good enough . Unable to do a WIFI whatsapp conversation Definitely will come back again

Not a 5 star hotel

Based on the reviews I was expecting a lot better than what we experienced. The structure is pretty old. People that work on the property are very nice and try to be very helpful but the place lacks a lot to be considered a 5 star. Aside from the place being older and not maintained well, which is something you can put up with if the quality of the service is good, the worst part was the food very sub par. I think this was by far the worst all inclusive experience I had. We end up going out to dinner every night cause the restaurants in the property and the buffet weren't good. Also they are very pushy with selling activity and services but I noticed that as a theme in Sharm overall so expect to be bother on that.

Struttura di livello, anche se le camere avrebbero bisogno di una piccola messa a nuovo . Il personale di servizio è composto da persone disponibili. Le pulizie sono quotidiane ma non troppo accurate nelle stanze. I camerieri dei ristoranti fanno “il minimo” e dopo aver preso le ordinazioni e portato i pasti difficilmente ritornano a sincerarsi vada tutto bene o a verificare se il cliente abbia bisogno di qualcosa. A meno che non si elargiscano mance .. allora diventano magicamente veloci e solerti .. un atteggiamento al quanto fastidioso

お水やジュースの補充がたくさんあり大変助かりました。 ただ、私たちの部屋にバスタブがなかったのが残念です。 レストランは何個かあるのですが、ビュッフェ形式のものはほぼ内容が同じ。位置は隣合わせなので、あんまりメリットを感じませんでした。ビュッフェでないところは予約がいるようで、その辺りも記載がなかったのでわかりませんでした。結局レストランは毎日同じところのビュッフェに通いました。
