"Great holiday, food was good, staff couldn't be anymore helpful. Hotel in lovely spot. nama bay is around 10-15 minute walk or get hotel shuttle bus. We had family room, good size 2 bedrooms, hotel put extra bed in room for second child. Would recommend and look forward to coming back !"

"Hotel bellissimo con spiagge stupende e personale molto gentile. Unica pecca le zanzare nelle stanze, ne abbiamo uccise troppe!! E molte erano schiacciate sulle pareti e non le avevano rimosse. Servirebbe una disinfestazione. Anche le tende nella stanza doppia classica andrebbero cambiate e ammodernate!! Buffet molto buono e vario"

"Sono stata a luglio ma in qll zona ci sono stata altre volte nn manca nulla nei dintorni unica pecca e che le bibite sia nei pasti che nella spiaggia vengono serviti a temperatura ambiente cn ghiaccio a parte cosa che x chi ha problemi di intestino nn è fattibile e cn 40 gradi una bibita fresca ci sta il frigo in camera poco funzionante tutto il resto molto piacevole "

"Best stay I had in a very long time in egypt, at the reception they gave us a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The animation staff were soo friendly and fun especially ahmed and romany who really made our stay 100 times better and by far the best animation team members me and my friends have met. The food was good and there was decent variety although i wouldn't recommend any poultry. The shows and parties were so livid and fun and overall the stay was more than amazing. i...

"The resturant at the Beach side is the best and all the guys working there are awesome. Can’t remember there names. But the hotel need more entertainment like party, music in the night and party by the beach. There is a lack of experience among the Reception staff. The service around the hotel at the beach side is very poor even Turkish coffee served only at one restaurant at mountain side."
