"Positive- The room was cleaned everyday. The young man was respectful and worked hard.
The buffet restaurant had exceptional food. The manager outside in the patio area where the music was performed did an outstanding job, always responding to our requests kindly. Good service with the sack lunches- appreciated that the fruits were washed with filtered water.
Negative- Horrible check in reception- waited for the room , 45 minutes, yet did not tell us. They did not tell us anything about...

"Lovely, clean hotel with great facilities. Convenient for the airport and a short walk to the beach at the Aldau. The staff are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable.
Away from the hotel complex I wouldn't feel particularly safe to venture out as a lone female at certain times but felt fine going for a run in the mornings. "
