"Only one lift working and it broke down we had to walk up to the 4th floor not good for two people in their late 70's, food was good ,staff pleasant, could be good if they ever get both lifts working ,could do with a good refurbishment, but we enjoyed Eastbourne, so many places to choose to eat in"

"Frühstücksauswahl war gut und reichhaltig. Jedoch mussten wir am Samstag schon so früh ausschenken, dass es wir um ein Lunchpaket gebeten haben. Dieses war jedoch etwas dürftig. Lediglich zwei Sandwich (Zwei Scheiben Toast, zwei Scheiben Schinken, und Käse) sowie zwei Bananen und zwei verpackte Kekse. Punkt. Vielleicht hätten wir genauer beschreiben sollen was Welt gerne hätten. Dafür konnten wir schon die Kaaffeemaschine nutzen und ToGo Becher verwenden. Toll ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof und...

"Nice property. They advertised beach front but the room had terrible views. But no complains for a nights stay. Staff was exceptional. Great service Especially the restaurant staff. Was late for dinner and although they closed the manager lady kept the place open for us to order and eat. Was impressed by that service. True hospitality."
