"This is a lovely hotel with great accommodation and facilities. I had booked a deluxe room and from the Expedia room information this room had AC. Unfortunately, when we got to our room it was very hot ( 31 degrees outside) and it didn't have AC. I went down to the reception desk with my proof of AC showing on that website.
