Cari Hotel di Cusco

"Excelente todo, la comida, el servicio, los chicos k te ayudan con las maletas"

"While the hotel itself was nice, if a little noisy, it was well located and had a lovely terrace area. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by how the hotel handled an issue with our room. We'd specifically paid extra for a room with a bathtub, as we were arriving after a multi-day hike and were looking forward to a relaxing bath. However, when we arrived, we were given a downgraded room without one. When we raised this with the staff, they weren't particularly helpful. I gathered that...

"It was an excellent experience with amazing views from our room. Very unique adventure. We did have an issue with losing hot water in middle of a shower in the morning could not rinse off. We ordered our dinner at 3:00 to deliver to our room at 7:00, however it was not delivered until almost 8:00. For price paid there should be no issues"

"Everything nice"

"Hotel is located 10 mins ride from popular tourist attractions in Cusco. Uber was available within mins. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Self Laundry service at the hotel was offered for 45 soles per load which includes detergent and softener. There are several wash and fold services in walking distance of the hotel for reasonable prices and they deliver the clothes to the lobby. Breakfast spread for great with live omelette station and some local dishes to try."

"The gym is amazing!! Great equipment and so clean!!! The staff is pleasant and so helpful"

"What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"

"Great place in town. Very helpful and polite staff. Went above and beyond!"

"Clean room, staff were helpful and it was an okay breakfast. Too bad it was always the same food at breakfast, no variety."
