"The staff was very rude during check-in and had a difficult time communicating with them. Beware that this is truly an eco-friendly place where they only provide one key per room so if there are multiple people in one room, it makes it very difficult. The size of the rooms was great, but the shower curtain had some mold on it and the sheets were extremely itchy,I felt like bugs were crawling on me every night! The room included breakfast, which was absolutely the best breakfast I’ve had in Peru....

"We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is priced as a luxury property, but the experience did not justify the extremely high rates. One of the biggest surprises was that breakfast was not included, despite the already expensive room price. The breakfast was very good but super expensive. On top of that, guests are charged an additional fee to access the therapy pool, which feels unreasonable for a hotel in this price category. The restaurant was another letdown.
