"Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious."

"La habitacion estaba bien aunque los sellos de las ventanas no eran tan buenos para bajar el ruido de una fuente que se encuentra fuera del hotel, la atención del personal muy buena, se pusieron en contacto conmigo previamente para recogerme en la estación del tren, solo el internet en el piso 5 presentaba intermitencia. Sin duda volveria en mi próximo viaje."

"Very convenient location - 5 min walk from the train station and to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. Staff were nice but it would have been helpful if breakfast had been explained better (i.e. telling us that hot food would be made to order rather than figuring it out on our own). The breakfast options were good, though. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait. "

"Great little hotel in Aguas Calientes. Large, attractive rooms. Brand new bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are so nice. Cloti met me at the train station and helped me with my luggage back to the hotel. They also kept my stuff safe while I went to Mach Picchu after I checked out. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again."

"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient.
