Everything was perfect! Staff was really nice, specially Lucia who asked everyday if we needed something and was ready to recommend activities. The room was so complete and clean. The maintenance was really good. The best part of all was the spa which made our experience perfect.

Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!! Totally recommended any of the treatments! Overall if I can give 10 stars I would!

Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.

Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Beautiful and serene place to rest and retreat in Sacred Valley . Services are great . Very authentic colonial Spanish architectural designs and preservation of the old church , have their own museum with collections of old artifacts. They arrange private car transport to pick me up from Ollantaytambo town and to drive me back to Cusco .

We loved staying here at the end our journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. It was a wonderful way to recover and rest after a strenuous trip. The food, staff, rooms and overall property are excellent. The one issue we had was with transportation to the hotel. It was complicated to find transportation to take all of us and our luggage. But once we were there we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
