The rooms were. Ice and clean but the proximity to the train station was disturbing in the morning. A good location if they can guarantee the river facing room. Staff was super nice!!!

Charmoso, ótima cama e travesseiros.

O hotel é excelente para casais. Charmoso, aconchegante, com uma bela banheira, bom banheiro, luzes de velas. Recomendo o quarto com vista para o rio, nao para a cidade. Houve um único perrengue por conta da intransigência da funcionária que fez o checkin. Ela disse que o checkout seria as 10 da manhã, aleguei que era muito cedo porque iríamos a Machu Picchu e a descida seri por volta das 10h, precisaríamos de um banho depois porque iríamos suar. Essa funcionária não permitiu. Mas pela manhã, com outra pessoa do hotel, negociamos ganhar mais um tempo e conseguimos o checkout próximo das 11h. O hotel, além de bom e novo, também é muito bem localizado e fomos buscados na estacao do trem, que fica a 150m da portaria.

We had a view of the Urubamba river. The room has a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. We were very pleased with the hotel. The location was great, right by the train station and the bus station for Machu Picchu. The service was excellent and they helped us with the luggage to the train station.

Very comfortable and clean. Terrific location when arriving by train and then catching an early bus to Machu Picchu. Plus easy walk to all places in Aqua Calientes. Great breakfast starting early enough (4:30) for those taking first bus to Machu Picchu. We had a room facing the river so it was quiet and the view was lovely.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Do lado da estação de trem e do ponto de ônibus para Machu Picchu. Ficamos em um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem e vista para o Rio. Tudo perfeito. Deixaram uns cookies e águas de cortesia.

Otimo hotel... com localizacao perfeita!!!

O hotel é maravilhoso..... O pessoal da recepcao foi muito atencioso. Quarto super arrumado e bonito..... com brindes de boas vindas muito gostosos.... A cama e o travesseiro eram MARAVILHOSOS!!!! Nao queria sair da cama.... hehe A localizacao tb é perfeita!! Do lado da estacao de trem e dos onibus para machu pichu!! Mas, o problema foi a agua quente no chuveiro.... q nao esquentava nada!!!! E no frio de 5 graus, nao da pra tomar banho frio ne??! E achei tambem q o quarto poderia ter um aquecedor para ficar ainda mais confortavel... Apesar disso, super indico o hotel!! Q foi otimo para a nossa viagem a Machu picchu.... so poderiam tentar resolver a questao da agua quente!! Heheh

STAY HERE IF YOU GO TO AGUASCALIENTES!!

This is a GREAT hotel, well located, excellent service, a wonderfull bath tube where you can rest after treking!! The breakfast is really good and finally, the staff is very nice and efficient, they will do all to make you feel at home. I loved it!!

Perfect everything!

When we walked in to our room at Hatun Inti Boutique, our jaws dropped, we felt like VIPS! It was GORGEOUS, clean, hot water, close to everything and the view was spectacular, it overlooks the Urubamba River, which is epic. The staff was overly accommodating and helped us out a lot, one of which was getting our laundry finished in a matter of hours...and they did. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on traveling to Mach Picchu...it is a few steps away from the bus stop to head up to the ruins.

Excelente Hotel

Ficamos no Hotel por 2 dias e adoramos tudo. O Hotel é super confortável com uma vista deslumbrante do rio e das maravilhosas montanhas de Machu Picchu. Uma incrível banheira de hidromassagem, cama confortável. Muito bem localizado, ao lado da linha dos trens, porém sem nenhum barulho que incomode, já que nosso quarto era de fundos.Café da manhã excelente.

fabulous!

Our room was fantastic- with beautiful river views and a fireplace. the bathroom was all stone with sweeping views of the river from both the shower and enormous jacuzzi. I wish we had stayed an extra night in Aguas caliente just to spend more time in this room. Service was friendly and very helpful. They met us at the train and stored our bags after checkout. I highly recommend!

Increíble la atención de Julio en recepción todo lo q hizo para que nos sintiéramos cómodas no se puede creer.. Muy agradecida y la habitación q nos toco es la de la foto divinas camas chimenea y un jacuzzi espectacular... El omelets que me hicieron para el desayuno súper bueno!!!

Great way to visit Machu Picchu

Great hotel near train, bus to Machu Picchu n great restaurants. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Was upgraded to gorgeous matrimonial suite with huge Jacuzzi n terraces to mountains n river. Good breakfast. Good buy. Not too much flexibility with exit time. We stayed two nights making the experience in Machu Picchu quite relax.

good rooms - building side next door!

very nice rooms and good breakfast - you should get a room towards the river...towards the streets its getting noisy..because there is the train passing through! - i guess, untill end of 2017 its also quite noisy during the day because there are building a house next door (during 8am-8pm you sometimes had the feeling you are standing right between working peolple on a biulding side)!

El hotel funciona y es limpio.

El hotel funciona bien, tuvimos una estadía de una sola noche, la habitación era limpia, en general todo funcionaba bien, el desayuno es bueno y la disposición de la gente que atiende es muy buena, el único detalle fue que nuestra habitación era ruidisosa por qué hotel está sobre la misma línea del tren el cual pasa hasta aprox 23:00 para subir a Machu Pichu a las 4:30 Am se agradecería ventanas termo panel así sentir menos los ruidos exteriores y dormir mejor.

Perfwct boutique hotel

Boocked the hotel for one night but it rained all day so we decided to stay another night and had the same room available for us. The next day a perfect sunny day. Loved everything about the hotel. Request riverside rooms, the other faces the train tracks. Gourgeous view from our riverside room

Great hotel. Amazing Staff. Nice river sound.

The staff, particularly Ms. Syrian, was incredibly nice, helpful and professional. The hotel is super clean and if you get a riverside room the sound of the water is just magic. Ms. Syrian helped us throughout (we were travelling with a 5 months old baby): from ordering dinner from a nearby restaurant, to intervening to stop some loud noises late in the evening. She made a great stay.
