We paid for that room and since we have dogs they put us on the 6th floor with all the other guests with pets. These rooms don’t include refrigerators unless you request it. "I have been staying at The Venetian for years. Love their rooms, love their friendly staff, love a lot about this particular resort. This last visit was a bit of a miss for me. Though they gave us a great pool side room on a high floor, the noise and music from the pool below was so loud, it shook the entire room and there was no chance for napping, even though we arrived after an 8 hour trek to get to Vegas. Accessibility to warm/ hot water is a basic necessity for any hotel guest but her resolution was for us to "shower and use the spa facilities."
