"Stayed for 2 nights and everything we needed were just there: towels for pools (different than the towels in the suites), drinking water, and a range of toiletries were available including a shaving kit. Room was great and the balcony had a rack to hang wet clothes. With very limited options, or at least cheap options, in breakfast places in the Alona beach area, the free breakfast made our stay so much better. For the two breakfasts we had, some dishes were different on the second day. We paid...

"Everyone is sooo courteous! Hotel is very clean and near the airport. The only complain is the escalator not working going down to th spa and the spa is not directly connected to the hotel, you have to go out of the hotel to go to the spa! It is open 24 hrs but who wants to go outside when it is dark and go the spa! "

"Very pleasant checking although I arrived at midnight. The airport transportation by hotel connection was professional and very nice vehicles. The hotel is beautiful. Room is 20th with city view. Spotless. Did not have time to enjoy breakfast buffet but the display are huge and colorful live big Las Vegas hotels."
