"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"Our experience at RIU Paradise Island was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, refreshing welcome drinks, and breathtaking ocean views. The resort grounds were pristine, with easy access to a stunning stretch of white sandy beach and crystal-clear turquoise water. The pools were beautiful and lively, and we especially enjoyed the swim-up bar and the entertainment staff who kept the energy up throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable—with gorgeous ocean views that made waking up each morning feel like a dream. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The food options exceeded expectations—from the buffets to the specialty restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff at every restaurant were attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. What really made this trip stand out was the amazing staff—they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special.
