"We traveled to Atlantis the end of May. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which is ideal for our family of 5. The waterpark keeps our kids entertained all day, and my younger 2 kids love the various activities (bingo, pool games, etc...). "Resort is huge… if You don’t mind walking in the heat then you’re good. There are trolleys to take you for place to place. But you have to be patient and wait. The food is just ok. Room service made up our room daily but didn’t clean. The carpets were never vacuumed and the floor was never cleaned. Other families said they were left with snacks and night time chocolates. For a resort this big there needs to be more entertainment. Pools need more things to do. Contests / foam parties etc....

"My family & I stayed at this resort last year, it was amazing. It’s why we returned. Big mistake! Not sure what happened, but I can say I will not be back. It started w/ our room, which let’s just say, I had to complain & the manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade, so that was a positive. "The resort was beautiful, clean, and fun. We traveled with our 17 and 19 year old sons, and the resort provided endless fun and relaxation for all of us. The view, pools and beach were great!
