Upon arrival, the staff were very nice. Once we got our rooms they gave me a room with one bed even though it was requested for two beds. "We enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out experience was seamless. We did not have hot water during our stay (room 4238). The housekeeper did not properly clean our room and did not restock the towels. We had to request additional towels. I used a mug and she flipped it over instead of replacing it (the inside was still sticky). She made the beds but left the empty plate that contained the complimentary macaroons on the coffee table. "I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel last minute on Expedia for a really great bundled deal. I cannot stop talking about this hotel, definitely one of the best I have been to. I did a solo trip, and it was perfect! Not too crowded, the layout was thoughtful, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. I will definitely make this an annual R&R visit. Can't wait for the casino to open!"
