"It was nice. Didn’t care for the room as it was next to an alley with dumpsters. Especially after paying $550 a night. Didn’t realize there was also a resort fee of $70 a night on top of that. Nice hotel though…"

"I had a great time ..good resort at first we had a problem with our toilet pressure but they came up immediately and fixed the problem so I was satisfied..only thing is it's not all inclusive at all so they need to take that off because that's false advertisement 😂 but overally kids loves thw place and we will be visiting again ...oh yea and it's a lot of stairs but you can call for some one to pick u up to bring u to the festivities..."

When you approach a bar and the staff are not able to acknowledge your presence, it becomes uncomfortable and unwelcoming."

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

"The balcony room was clean and worth the upgrade. The resort is smaller, but we liked that about it. It was easy to just pop up to the hotel room if we needed to grab something. It also seemed less crowded. The pools were nice and not overly crowded...just cold. Great selection of dining. I wish there was a swim up bar or another outdoor bar. "

"I went on a family trip of 14. We all had a fantastic time and the resort was very accommodating to our group. The food was always good at all the restaurants. The steakhouse and Japanese were our favorites for dinner. The buffet by the ocean was our favorite for lunch. And the main buffet for breakfast is a must! All the staff was very friendly always. The pools were clean and many floats around from previous travelers. The beach was stunning. The sand is cleaned every morning at sunrise...

"My stay was fine. I was expecting much better based on reviews that I read. The made to order breakfast was good. Happy hours were good too. Rooms were ok. I called for clogged toilet and left for day but looks like front desk forgot to address it. When we came back after 6 hours and reported it again then the issue was resolved. The convenience store near hotel was a good option. Overall a decent stay. "
