"There is no flexibility with kids when it comes to food, the staff tricks you into getting a tour of the “property” which didn’t happen just for you to buy a travel package And if you don’t, they get mad… You can’t really get into the restaurants there is a waiting list of 1hr or more… so if you have kids go to a different hotel, this is not for kids. "Pools very crowded. Weather wasn’t good. Liked the room except the toilet which was for a six year old. Check in a bit slow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"We loved the private island!! We always got seat on the beach and ended up going everyday but one out of the 7 days we spent in Aruba. It was just so much quieter than the other beaches. And the food and drinks at the restaurants there were great. The breakfast at the poolside restaurant in the hotel was our only complaint as it was really expensive for what was offered. We will spend money on good food but it was a really basic buffet. The coffee was pretty good there tho…"

"Four buffet not good restaurants are ok nothing fancy but if you don’t have reservations they won’t let you access them . You go to the concierge to make reservations when you get to know and guess what there’s no reservations available until the day you leaving ( coincidence *) I guess The nature and the weather at the Caribbean is beautiful but service staff not friendly and check in and check out process take too long I’ll come to punta Cana again but not for this resort "
