"The hotel was very clean. Rooms were very big and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pools were big and inviting. Water activities were available and we used them numerous times. The water park was an added bonus. There was plenty of delicious food. Bartenders Morris, Latoya, and of course Lensurd who went were always ready to pour a drink. Bartenders choice drinks were so good and the garnishes created were a true work of art. Whitney from the aqua pool was amazing....

"We enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out experience was seamless. We did not have hot water during our stay (room 4238). The housekeeper did not properly clean our room and did not restock the towels. We had to request additional towels. I used a mug and she flipped it over instead of replacing it (the inside was still sticky). She made the beds but left the empty plate that contained the complimentary macaroons on the coffee table.
