"At check in, Brian was on the phone, didn’t help us identify best entrance to our room nor about the additional $50 automatically added for incidentals ( not actually billed if not used). Brian handed me the bill to sign, slid the room cards to me, not a single word since his phone call was more important. Not the best first impression of Drury Hotels. "We were in town visiting family and were looking for a nice, quiet relaxing place to stay. This hotel appeared to be new, had a lovely lobby and very nice staff. The room and bathroom were great and it is conveniently located off the interstate We will definitely be back in the Fall. Thanks for a nice stay. Oh and the price was another plus!"

"I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet. Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush..."

"We came into town for a concert and had a blast! The hotel was super comfy, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean and the decor was beautiful! "
