"Ok, very dark lighting vibe and not a 5 star experience but well located with lovely pool areas. Check in took a while and no parking for guests (had to park on street a fair walk from hotel or pay €12 a day on site). Huge hotel and our room was miles from all the amenities. Ok but would choose another for the price."

"There were a collection of things that made our stay less than disappointing. Number 1: There was an extremely drunk guest who harassed our group several nights in a row, even threatening to throw a table at us. Miguel, the hotel manager, told us after we complained that there was nothing he could do until the guest physically assaulted us and is witnessed by a member of staff. "Lovely hotel experience, very premium experience in a nice location. The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price. My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option. "This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. We got taxi’s too and from jandia centre several times. The hotel staff were really pleasant and accommodating. I found the room cold at night and they...
