"The pool was freezing and the hot tub was like a warm bath going cold. Several of us guests complained and the issues were never consistently fixed. If a pool is too cold to swim in for long when it's 88 degrees outside, then fix it."

"The hotel is really convenient for disney. The rooms are nice and clean and the lobby and staff are great. The hotel's restaurant also makes a great cup of coffee- which is absolutely needed to tackle Disney!"

"All the staff were very nice. Room and amenities were great. So quiet I slept amazing. Room service was convenient. Very clean rooms. Good location for area, felt safe. Pool was on west side so if you want to use in morning it’s still chilly (though heated, still in shade). Hot tub makes up for though. Would stay again. "
