"While there were areas in need of improvement, Im going 5 star for the simple fact of the grace I was given as last minute during our pool dip, I found out I had left my wallet at the Ihop up the street. Money, ID, cc, everything was GONE. Kudos to Ihop for getting it all back to me safely. But huge thankyou to the Hotel ftont desk staff for understanding the chaos as we checked out about 45 min late and recieved absolutely NO harassment about our timing. "The shuttle to Disneyland is helpful! It runs quite often and fits a lot of guests at one time. The bar/restaurant serves good food and drinks. My only complaint is that we were given a room in the “other” tower which was clearly older and a little run down. I’ve stayed here before in the main tower, and those rooms are very nice."
