No staff being readily available in the building was a little inconvenient as we had a few confusing moments with the room temperature and couldn’t change it. Also, tv remote was broken so was difficult to navigate using it, but having no main reception in the building meant you couldn’t just pop and get a replacement! But it was very clean, large wet room and not too much trouble to navigate once inside. Would stay again,...

"Heating in the initial room was not able to be turned on. No equivalent room was available. I was told I would have to pay for an upgrade or stay in a freezing cold room. Finally, 2 hours later, I was advised I would be moved to another room at no additional cost. This should have been athe immediate and unquestioning solution. Very disappointing. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The most limited (and prepackaged, so not fresh) range for breakfast I have ever encountered in extensive...

"Delightful, comfy, characterful very centrally located with pleasant, helpful staff. The room was clean, tidy comfy and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. All in all, we had a very pleasant, if brief, stay and would certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Maldon. "

"Great rooms our second time staying at staycation and different suite this time everything went smoothly check in etc but no hot water in the room, wouldn’t have been a big issue but with it being December and the solution being to run across the hallway to another unit was cold Shanon was as helpful as she could be but with the cost of the stay this should have been checked before hand with a PPM check Out first stay in the de vere suite was a great stay but this time unfortunately wasn’t so...
