"Went to Clacton on Sea to visit family and stayed one night at this lovely hotel. The owners were unbelievably friendly and have been in business since 1963. I’ve never seen such a beautiful clean bathroom and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. The breakfast was included and was unbelievable homemade with such an incredible amount of items to choose from and delicious. Apparently the owner cooks it up himself. . "It was perfect for the lone female business self employed traveller and had everything I needed , fridge, microwave. These were a godsend. Only thing I would change is the height of the basin and mirror in the bathroom . I’m a average height female at 5’ 4” and the basin and mirror are set at a 6’2” male I’m sure lol apart from that all good would definitely stay again :) "
