"プールは若干小ぶりながらも複数あり、あまり窮屈な感じはせずに楽しめた。また、ビーチはプライベートとまではいかないが、ビーチチェアエリアがホテル専用に確保されているのが良かった。但し、繁忙期はすぐに埋まってしまう数で、一日中確保しっぱなしの席も多いため、使用することは出来なかった。 客室については文句なし。立地も便利な位置にある。"

"This hotel was amazing, the rooms were fantastic, the breakfast buffet was delicious, but the staff were the best. I believe their names were Joan (there were 2 ladies named Joan) and Shem (I didn't get the spelling), they were the most helpful and nicest people ever at the breakfast buffet. "Upon arrival we were greated warmheartedly by the staff. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was great as well. During our stay the staff was super friendly and very accommodating and attentive to our needs (e.g. booked tuk tuks, rented a scooter etc. for us within minutes). Overall the experience was great and would definitely recommend staying at the Bathala Resort."

"A beautiful relaxing resort. The landscape of the grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. There is a lap pool which you can walk out to from some rooms. There's also a larger pool with pool bar near. Gorgeous! Rooms are very comfortable. The staff is beyond exceptional! Breakfast daily was very good. My second time here and I'll never stay anywhere else at Alona. The road Into the resort is bumpy and that's an understatement! But trikes, bikes, and cars will come to get you. ...

"총 14박15일 정도 머물렀는데 새로 OPEN한지 두달밖에 안돼서 모든게 깨끗하고 완벽했어요. 매니저와 스텝모두 친절하고 무엇이든 도와주려고 노력했고 수영장도 너무 관리가 잘되어 있어요~ 머무는 동안 정말 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 다음에도 계속 방문하고 싶어요~ "
