The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean. "Ottimo hotel, situato in zona casco viejo con ristoranti e negozietti a pochissimi metri. Stanza grande e spaziosa per 3 persone. Colazione buona e varia. Personale gentile. Comodo anche per i mezzi, noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus turistico che ha una fermata proprio davanti all' hotel. A piedi, percorrendo il lungofiume, si raggiunge con una passeggiata il museo guggenheim e anche altre attrazioni come la funicolare. Ci tornerei. "
