"We enjoyed the 10 days we stayed. There was quite a bit of construction/ renovation going on every day but we learned to deal with it. The room was very nice and the staff did a great job keeping it clean and neat. We will be going back in the future."

"Todo excelente"

"We had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Kukulkan in Cancun! The resort was beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, with breathtaking ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our Elite Club experience made our stay even more special. The personalized service, exclusive amenities, and added comfort truly enhanced our vacation. The separate Elite Club pool was a particular highlight—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The food was another...

"Got charged $18 for requesting to have my room cleaned. Didn’t like the wait staff around the pool and beach. Non existent besides the guy pushing around a cart with drinks. No wait service on the beach area at all. Food was good at most restaurants. Expedia free transportation, great on the way there, the way home our flight was delayed 3 hrs and they wouldn’t change our pick up time. Would have sat at the airport for almost 7 hrs so we paid a taxi $80 to take us to the airport instead."

"Great stay!"

"Toda la estancia estuvo excelente cada detalle, el hecho que la habitación estuvi lista desde nuestra llegada fue lo mejor. Aunque si es bastante grande para recorrer no nos dio a basto los dias para recorrer todo el resort"

"The room smells bad without the AC, and the shower head is broken. The room key did not work 3 times a day when you put it in your pocket with your cell phone. So many trips a day to the reception to rekey it."

"Increíble hotel. Tiene todo para que tu estancia sea maravillosa. Las instalaciones, la playa, las albercas, los restaurantes las habitaciones todo perfecto y el servicio es magnífico. Lo recomiendo ampliamente."

"Great trip overall the all inclusive was very useful and efficient. I feel as though I got my moneys worth."

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"This resort is something else. Check in was smooth- Tania was amazing. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. One thing I would change is music… bash needs good EDM DJ that takes you on a journey. After all EDM is the highest grossing music genre for a reason. People love to dance to it."

"Everything about the property was stellar."

"Excellent Love it"

"Best experience if you want to have Choose the hilton. Very clean, happy positive environment and clean rooms. Enjoy pool, beach and drinks and most important food. Staff is very co-operative and helpful. Clean pools and clean towels available all the time. Wifi works 24*7 everywhere on the property. Thanks Hilton for such a great experience"
