"Overall we loved our stay at Sensira. I came with my husband and 4 year old daughter. The property is perfect for families with young kids looking for beach and pool time. It’s about 20 minutes from Cancun so it’s kinda remote from shopping/other activities. We did do some day excursions through the resort but plan for that to be an all day thing if you do go. The resort staff was overall kind and helpful. I do feel like they could communicate better as a hotel about activities, hours of different activities, etc. We arrived and were not notified ahead of time of the kids pool being under a remodeling project. I feel that would have been a nice touch to inform guests about since it is a big part of the family experience at the resort. Also, bring change/small bills because change for larger bills because it’s virtually impossible to find. I would recommend for families with kids up to like 8."

"One of, if not THE best resort I have ever stayed at, and I consider myself well traveled! It is first off, absolutely beautiful. I have a following on social media and I got floods of messages asking where I am staying! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure anything you may need is within arms reach. The food is fabulous, especially having low expectations for an all inclusive resort! The restaurants are very beautifully built and decorated- each is themed of course but some are on the water and some are more fancy (there’s a wine cellar dinner for 2 in the French restaurant). The food truck by the theater is so convenient and tasty, and the pizza oven by the pool is top tier! The events planned by the resort are very entertaining as well, especially the paint and sip on the beach and the cultural activities. We did not have an issue with excursion transportation picking us up. Again everyone is beyond friendly, guests included, and the resort is absolutely stunning. Our room and view were GORGEOUS! We will be returning and I have recommended this resort to all my friends. Thank you excellence!!!"
